To sell animals to another farm or slaughterhouse, you can make an offer and pre-date it for a future day. Animal lists and accompanying documents can thus already be prepared.

Open Capture animal > Movement > Offer sale
- To create the offer, click New Offer

Enter or select recipients
- Fill in all mandatory fields (green designation)

Enter or select date

Enter the number for delivery note

Select the Default departure type

Select the Default reason for departure

Enter a new animal number
- additional information “weight”, “€/kg” or “notes”, further with

Click to exit Save

Offers that have already been created can be edited, corrected or deleted
- Click for a new offer new offer
- Open and mark drop-down selection to edit an existing offer

Enter animal number
- additional information “weight”, “€/kg” or “notes”, further with
- Delete offer removes all entries and deletes the name and number of the offer
- Offer prints the current view
- Delivery note prints the delivery note with standard declaration

To record additional animals, further as described in 9.

Click to exit Save

| Set display | Columns can be added individually, sequence can be changed with drag’n’drop, then save, possibly under a separate (new) name

| Filters | all animals are listed, if you remove the check mark in front of the animal, it is still displayed, by clicking on the filter becomes active, animals without check marks are hidden

| Name of the current display (displayed columns and their order), as many ads can be saved as you like

| Save display under current name / Save display as / Delete display
