Cattle are sexually maturefrom about the 10th to the 12th month of life.
In vitro insemination is a biotechnical process that allows the collection and fertilization of eggs of female cattle that have reached the age of at least 6 months.
- Open Capture animal > Reproduction > Flushing (ET)
- Enter the animal number or select, continue with
- In order to generate “in vitro” Insemination the question must be answered with “Yes”
- after confirmation, the content in the column “in vitro” is set to “Y“
- Enter the date or select
- Open the drop-down box
- Select the whereabouts with a mouse click
- Open drop-down list
- Select the bull with a mouse click
- To capture more eggs, click , then continue as 5.
- To stop the capture, click Save
