In-vitro Insemination

Cattle are sexually maturefrom about the 10th to the 12th month of life.

In vitro insemination is a biotechnical process that allows the collection and fertilization of eggs of female cattle that have reached the age of at least 6 months.

  1. Open Capture animal > Reproduction > Flushing (ET)
  1. Enter the animal number or select, continue with
  1. In order to generate “in vitro” Insemination the question must be answered with “Yes”
    • after confirmation, the content in the column “in vitro” is set to “Y“
  1. Enter the date or select
  1. Open the drop-down box
  1. Select the whereabouts with a mouse click
  1. Open drop-down list
  2. Select the bull with a mouse click
  1. To capture more eggs, click , then continue as 5.
  1. To stop the capture, click Save
    • To print the list, put here
