Flushing (ET)

Note: Before a flushing of embryos can be captured, the capture of insemination with key as a donor is required.

Flushing (ET)
  1. Open Capture animal > Reproduction > Insemination

  1. If donor column does not exist, to set open display otherwise continue at step 6.
  1. Open capture
  1. Set cross at donor
  1. Click Save
    • Donor is displayed in table head

Insemination with donor

  1. Enter the animal number, continue with
    • Enter the date and bull number as well as the inseminatior
  1. Identification of the animal as a donor
  1. To capture more donors, repeat steps 6-8.
  2. Click to save the capture Save

Capture flushing (ET)

After insemination as a donor and flushing of embryos is done.

  1. Open Capture animal > Reproduction > Flushing (ET)
  1. Enter the animal number of donor, continue with
  1. The date of registration is displayed
    • give a freely selectable number for the first embryo
  1. Selection of the whereabouts of the embryo
    • 1 | F Fresh transfer
    • 2 | G Freeze transfer
  1. Click to register another embryo, the number for the embryo is automatically incremented, the whereabouts are taken over

  1. To change Whereabout open drop-down list
  1. To capture further embryos, repeat steps 14 to 17
  1. To stop the capture click Save

| Set display | Columns can be added individually, sequence can be changed with drag’n’drop, then save, possibly under a separate (new) name

| Filters | all animals are listed, if you remove the check mark in front of the animal, it is still displayed, by clicking on the filter becomes active, animals without check marks are hidden

| Name of the current display (displayed columns and their order), as many ads can be saved as you like

| Save display under current name / Save display as / Delete display
