This program function allows to expand the existing animal population with the health data from HIT This primarily concerns BHV1 and BVD status as well as the vaccinations that are stored in the HIT.

  1. To add health data open organization > import > HIT
  1. Set the HIT – Health Data option
  1. Select the appropriate VVVO number

| Check HIT, dialog for period and password

| Open setting

  1. Start the import by clicking on . The following dialog window opens, the VVVO number is predetermined, enter the correct HIT password (PIN) and select a sufficiently large period of time to retrieve the data.
    Start by clicking Next
  1. HERDEplus will work independently and display a log of the transferred data at the end.
  1. The transferred data is processed.
  1. Complete the dialog by clicking Exit
