1. Set up additional information

  1. Open Settings > Keys > Organizations
  2. Click to create a new record
  1. Enter a label in the row. (Example: Additional Info Delivery Note)
  2. Open the text editor
  1. Enter the text to appear on the delivery note
  2. Click to save the text
  1. To stop the capture, click Save (F2)

2. Configure organization

  1. Open Settings > Farmdata
  2. Enter a number in the line for controlnumber and farmnumber
  3. To exit Click Save (F2)

Hint:

Holdings which are members of an organic organization shall enter the Farmnumber and the number of the controllnumber under 8. When creating the sales offer, this line must be selected.

3. Create an offer with additional info

  1. Open Capture Capture animal > Movement > Offer
  1. Fill in all required fields
  2. Open the drop-down list at “Organic organization” and select the line created under 8.
  1. Select an animal to leave
  1. Click on the print preview delivery note, the prepared text block has been adopted in the delivery note
