Show printer selection before printing | when different printers are actively accessed, otherwise the windows default printer will be used

7after days, archived printouts are deleted, a maximum of 30 days

Grid colors use | active, printing is colored, consider the black on black and white on white not recognizable we are. If inactive, the printout is always in black and white, i.e. colored font is printed in black
