3. Explanations and definitions of MRec configuration
Important: Since the organization and the procedure of the MRec is subject to state regulations in each state, please contact your control organization (LKV, Control Association) to find out the necessary configuration requirements for your state.
3.1. Type of MRec capture
- MRec capture|es is not assigned to the box and bottle, everything is recorded and assigned manually
- Binding posture | the amount of milk is recorded manually during the sampling and the box and bottle are assigned to the animal when it is recorded in the program
- Running stables | it is created by the program working lists, on which the animal is assigned box and bottle
3.2. MRec test method
MRec test method | defines how and by whom the MRec is carried out on the farm
- A-Examination | The official milk performance test is carried out only by employees of a recognised testing organisation (i.e. LKV).
- B-examination | the MRec is carried out by a certified company employee
- C-examination The MRec is carried out jointly by employees of a recognised audit organisation (LKV) and a certified operational auditor
- Master data LKV | here the contractually agreed specifications with the inspection organization apply. It is clearly defined which data is transferred and in what form this has to take place.
3.3. Milking frequency
Milking Frequency | sets the number of milking or milking times for a group. The assignment is made under Settings > farm data > BU > Groups in the Melk Frequency column [Link]
- once a day
- twice a day
- three times a day
- four times a day
- five times a day
- six times a day
- Milking robot
- LKV | Master data LKV
3.4. Test interval
Test interval | sets the distance between the milk performance tests
- Daily check
- weekly examination
- bi-weekly examination
- three-weekly examination
- four-weekly examination
- five-weekly examination
- six-weekly examination
- seven-weekly examination
- eight-weekly exam
- Nine-weekly examination
- LKV Master data
3.5. MRec Check Scheme
- Alternate
- G | all Gemelke in the period, a meld alternating milking time
- The performance calculation of the animals requires the gemelke of the entire test period, including the gemof of the test day (from technology). The milk sample is taken by a milking (alternating).
- M | all Gemelke on deadline, a milking time alternating
- The quantities of milk are provided from the test day over 24 hours. The milk sample is taken alternating only one grain. To do this, there must be an inspector on site (A, B, or C test),
- T | a milking on the cut-off date, a milking time alternating
- The quantities of milk shall be provided from the date of testing by the milking of sampling. The milk sample is taken alternating only one grain.
- G | all Gemelke in the period, a meld alternating milking time
- non-alternating
- E | all milk yeald in the period, all Gemelke pro rata sample
- The performance calculation of the animals requires the milk yeald of the entire test period including the gemof of the test day. Milk sampling is carried out on the day of the test from all milkings on a pro rata basis.
- F | all milk yeald in the period, all milk yeald constant sample
- The performance calculation of the animals requires the milk yeald of the entire test period including the gemof of the test day. Sampling is constant on the day of the test from all milkings.
- H | all milk yeald in the period, a meld equal milking time corr.
- The performance calculation of the animals requires the milk yeald of the entire test period. including the gem of the test day. The milk sample is taken from the milking of a milking time (i.e., the second or the midday milking), whereby the milking time for the sampling is always the same.
- L | all milk yeald on the cut-off date, constant sample
- The quantities of milk are provided from the test day over 24 hours. Constant milk sampling of all samples of the test day. (If the start of the milking times and their distances are always the same (there is an obligation of the plant to do so) then constant sample is taken This test scheme should only be used after consultation with the test organization.
- N | all milk yeald on the cut-off date, a milking time equal to the same corr.
- The milk quantities of all milk on the test day are provided. The milk sample is taken from the milking of a milking time (i.e., the second or the midday milking), whereby the milking time for the sampling is always the same. This test scheme is only possible if all the animals of the farm/BU are milked three times and the rhythm of 8h/8h/8h is adhered to.
- S | all milk yeald on the cut-off date, pro-rata sample
- The quantities of milk are provided from the test day over 24 hours. A pro rata milk sample of all milk is taken on the test day.
- U | a milking on the cut-off date, a meld equal milking time corr.
- The milk quantities of only the sampled clot are provided. The milk sample is always taken from the milking of a milking time (so to the other the second or the lunch milking).
- Master data LKV | Master Data LKV is not a check scheme.
- In this setting, the way in which the data are collected and transferred to the audit authority is contractually bound. In order to ensure a uniform approach, the procedure of the audit is specified by the respective audit authority (in most cases the LKV). In order to avoid errors in the transmission and processing, as well as the return of the results of the MRec to the company, a comparison is made with the contractual agreement concluded
- E | all milk yeald in the period, all Gemelke pro rata sample
3.6. MRec Status
MRec Status | determines the lactation status of an animal
- T | dry | Animal is put dry
- K | Collostrum | Animal is in Collostrum phase
- A | fostered calves
- Ung. | invalid | Check is invalid
- N | not checked | Animal has not been tested
3.7. Definition MRec
Deadline | the day of sampling
Milking Frequency | is set during the configuration of the MLP for farm/BU and determines the number of milking times to be checked for the group/BU.
Test scheme | is a predetermined procedure for the collection of the data to be supplied and the procedure of the sampling
Testing method | determines who performs the MRec in operation
Test interval | determines the rotation of the MRec (in the current milk year/sample period). This may differ, for example, in the case of establishments with several BU’s, from those for the main farm. Therefore, under Settings > farm data > BUEspecifications can be set individually for each BU.
Test day | is the day whose evening milking is used in the calculation of the daily milking,
the day on which the animals of a stomp / a BU are tested
Period | are the days between two consecutive tests
alternating | the milk sampling takes place on a monthly change from the evening or morning milking, the once selected sequence must be adhered to, even in the case of stock bridging
Pro rata | the quantity of sample milk to be taken depends on the amount of milk
Constant | for testing, a constant sample quantity is taken, regardless of the amount of total milking
3.8. Performance-degrading cause
- affect the amount of milk of the individual animal at the time of sampling
- if an Animal is assigned an deteriorating cause, an intermediate calculation of the milk quantity is made for the animal and the current MRec
- the quantity of milk of the animal concerned for the current MRec at the time of the allocation of an deteriorating cause is determined from the previous and subsequent MRec
- the calculation is carried out only by the VIT, the result is then entered in the performance calculation of the animal
Deteriorating cause | performance-reducing causes
- in heat| in heat
- Foreign grain | Foreign
