Milk quality

The testing of raw milk by neutral laboratories is regulated by law. The test results are the basis for financial settlement by the dairy.

The milk quality complex contains:

• Overviews of the test results (samples)
• Monthly mean values of the quality parameters and quality classification
• Overview of milk yields/ milk yield forecast

The milk quality test data is generally determined in the laboratory. This data is made available to the farm in the LKV mailbox after each sample tested. This data can be retrieved from there and transferred to the program. The provision of the data must be requested by the farm. If automatic data transfer is not possible, the data can also be entered manually.

Data is transferred or entered according to supplier numbers. Operating or BU results are generally determined by the program (after each transfer or after pressing the farm button).
