Send provided messages

  1. If messages are received due to
    • a disturbed Internet connection or
    • of a failed e-mail or
    • of inactive option Send immediately appear in the Outbox area Provided, you can initialize to send it again.
  1. To do this, select the recipient to be sent (in the example HIT) by clicking on the line.

  1. In the case of a message about the HI-Tier, the following dialog opens.

  1. Enter the password and click Start >.
    With the Save Password option, you do not have to re-enter the password every time.
    Keep in mind that any user can send messages in this case. Therefore, enable user management.

    If the password can not to be entered, activate the option “Always show password dialog” under Organization > settings > service > online client > HIT connection data.
  1. The Outbox window opens, where the success of sending of message is shown.
