Remote maintenance

If there are problems with the program and help is needed, remote maintenance can be started in the program. This offers an employee of dsp-Agrosoft the opportunity to access the device directly. However, this requires an identification number, in this case an ID and a password. The password is regenerated when TeamViewer is started. This is the only way to gain access.

  1. Open Info > Remote Maintenance
  1. Confirm with YES
  1. Accept Disclaimer
  1. Provide the ID and password to the support agent on the phone
