This is a free list generator that comes with its own conditions, sorting, subtotals, and totals.

Scope |

  • Current stock | only live livestock
  • Current stock + leaving | living stock and leavings of the set days departure
  • Inventory on | all animals that were in the herd on the cut-off date
  • Inventory in the period | all live and departed animals
  • Leavings in the period | only leavings

Start | Calculate the list

Number of animals | Number of animals according to the size

Print | print current list

Excel Export | export current list

Merge Cells | Merge columns with the same content

(all animals) | Filter

Create a new list / select an existing list / download new lists

New | Create a new list

Edit | Edit current list

Delete | Delete current list

Download | Download predefined lists (export/import)

  1. Klicke auf den Button . Im nächsten Fenster setze das erste Häkchen vor der entsprechenden Liste. Nach dem Speichern findet man diese im Dropdownfeld.
    • If the query already exists, it will be updated, any changes will be overwritten!
  1. Search for the query using the search field and check the box in front of the desired list.
    • If the check mark for new is active, the list has not yet been downloaded.
    • If the check mark is not active for new, the query already exists and will be overwritten when downloading.
